The Item I Wanted Sold Out, Will There Be Restocks?

PCK Jewelry sources vintage and antique jewelry that is often secondhand and one-of-one. Restocks are extremely rare due to our business practices but not impossible.

If you fall in-love with one of our pieces it is best you secure it as soon as possible when it's drop goes live on our site! ♡

We recommend turning on post-notifications for PCK's Instagram as well as being a part of our exclusive e-mail subscribers who often receive early access and reminders!

Are PCK Jewelry Watches Functional?

Most watches sold on our shop are not running. PCK Jewelry will always state in the product description if the watch is working or not.

These watches could just require a quick battery change or may be too past-time to fix and become operational.

PCK purposes these timepieces to add elegance, grace, and a feminine touch to any wardrobe regardless of the time told on the watch

How Do I Know The Product Sizing?

Watch Band and Watch Face length will always be listed in the product's description on our shop.

Watches with expansion bands are able to fit most, however, we will give an estimate about the lengths on these items.

Does PCK Clean Their Products?

All items handled by PCK Jewelry go through a series of cleaning procedures to sanitize and sparkle! ˖⁺｡˚⋆˙

Jewelry is properly disinfected and UV sterilized before products are packaged carefully for shipping.

Please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped out to the provided address. Although, we often ship out orders 3-5 days after purchase.

My Package Is Lost | I Have Not Received My Package?

PCK Jewelry practices purchase safety for both parties. We cover and provide tracking with your package to ensure your orders are being moved properly to the listed destination through our selected courier! ♡

However, in unfortunate circumstances, PCK packages may get delivered to the wrong address, get lost in transit, or are stolen, etc. ˙◠˙

Please contact your local mail provider immediately for assistance and any information regarding your package's whereabouts or delivery status.

We deeply apologize for any lost or stolen packages as these matters are truly out of our control once the orders leave our facility.

My Jewelry Broke or Arrived Broken | What Can I Do?

PCK Jewelry hand packages and inspects all jewelry before shipping, Due to the nature of these antique and vintage items - If we have any indication to believe the jewelry will break, it will NOT be sold on our shop!

However, these pieces are all secondhand and are sometimes very aged so please be careful and refer to our Product Care page ♡

We quality-check each piece and secure our orders in packages with top protection to counter any possible damage that can occur during the mailing and shipping process. 🗝
